Although having just opened in 2017 it is gaining an enviable reputation for inspirational exotic dishes with a Middle Eastern flavour. Just walking past this establishment in Oldham street you are drawn to this bright and airy establishment with its floor to ceiling windows. What you see is a Spartan interior which is retro and appealing in a different ways as it has an air of vibrancy to it, even looking in from the outside. If you venture in you will appreciate its cool aesthetic look with neon furnishings and foliage draped from the ceilings. Just the kind of place stressed young professionals can come to wind down.

A different dining  experience

You may not have tasted cuisine like this before, but the enthusiastic front of house staff are keen to educate the uninitiated, explaining the ingredients and suggesting to best wine to accompany your choice of dish.  The awesome flavours will really excite your taste buds and give you an experience to savour, especially if this is your first time and we suspect not your last as the cuisine and atmosphere here is quite addictive. This traditional and Persian and Middle eastern cuisine also has some tapas style choices so you can sample a greater variety. One of their delicious signature dishes is  the Filo wrapped Croton; an expensive goats cheese with honey soused tomatoes. Equally tempting is the char grilled Asparagus  with a cheese parcel.
